Mississippi College Central Plant

Mississippi College expanded it campus to the east side of the Clinton Parkway. ERG provided master planning services for a Central Utility Plant to serve the new East Campus.
The chiller plant consists of high-efficiency water-cooled screw and centrifugal chillers, selected by results of a full life-cycle cost analysis. The heating plant consists of high-efficiency condensing boilers. A comprehensive hydraulic analysis was performed on the campus heating and chilled water distribution systems to optimize flow and minimize distribution pump energy.
