Office of Capitol Facilities Central Utility Plant
ERG continues to save the taxpayers of Mississippi money by optimizing the operation of both the Woolfolk Building and William Winter Building Central Utility Plants. To date, ERG has saved over $1,600,000 in utility cost by optimizing these two Central Utility Plants and the buildings they serve.
ERG role in this project is to provide mechanical design, control system design, commissioning and energy management consulting services to the Office of Capitol Facilities. Additionally, we assist in the operation and maintenance of all their facilities.
