Chad Moore is a registered mechanical engineer, certified commissioning authority (CxA) and LEED® Accredited Professional with a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering. He has 27 years of commercial and industrial HVAC system design experience.

Jason Grossi is a registered mechanical engineer, with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State University. He has 25 years of commercial and industrial HVAC system design experience.  

Chief Financial Officer

Garner Reesby, CPA, is a Certified Public Accountant with a B.B.A. and Master of Accountancy from The University of Mississippi. He has built and scaled finance functions, and partnered with ownership and executive teams to drive expansion, operational rigor, and long-term value creation.

Gregg Cox is a registered mechanical engineer, with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State University. He has 46 years of commercial and industrial HVAC system design experience.

Jimmy Eldridge is a registered mechanical engineer, with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State University. He has 49 years of commercial and industrial HVAC system design experience.

  Anthony Herrin  is a registered mechanical engineer. He is a 1993 graduate of Mississippi State University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, Certified Energy Manager, Certified Indoor Air Quality Professional, and LEED Accredited Professional. He has 16 years of experience in facility operations and 12 years of commercial and industrial HVAC system design experience.

 Ryan Reef is a Professional Engineer with more than 27 years of MEP consulting experience, specializing in mechanical systems for institutional, higher-education, and Department of Defense facilities. He pairs strong technical expertise with entrepreneurial leadership, having co-founded a successful engineering firm before advancing to senior leadership at ERG.

Tyler Abell graduated from Mississippi State University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. He has 12 years of plumbing, fire protection, commercial and industrial HVAC system design experience.

Chase Koski is a recent graduate of Mississippi State University where he received a BS in Mechanical Engineering. He interned at ERG for 4 summers and started working full time at ERG after graduation. He is currently working toward becoming a Professional Engineer.

 Michele James graduated from the University of South Alabama with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. She has 26 years of experience in designing HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

Darrell Blanton holds associate degrees from both Hinds Community College and Holmes Community College and is a U.S. Army veteran. He has 32 years of experience in HVAC and plumbing design.

David Byam graduated from Hinds Community College with an Associate's Degree in Drafting in 1998. He has 28 years of experience in drafting and design, specializing in HVAC systems.

Daniel Griffin has and Associate's Degree from Ascension Parish Vo-tech in Drafting in 1997. He has 27 years of experience in drafting and design of plumbing systems.

Senior Mechanical Designer

Kendrick Heard holds an Associate Degree in Industrial Drafting from Hinds Community College. He has an EPA Section 608 Type I and II Certification. He has 22 years of experience in drafting and design of HVAC systems.

Mechanical Designer / CADD Technician

Mike Impey has 30 years of experience in CAD where he spent his first 6 years in the shipbuilding industry doing piping design and the last 26 years drafting and designing HVAC and plumbing systems.

Travis James has 22 years of experience in construction administration as well as drafting and design of HVAC and plumbing systems.

Sean McDavid holds an Associate Degree in Industrial Engineering from Holmes Community College. He has a Master Mechanical and Master Plumbing license as well as a RSES EPA Universal refrigerant license and NATE certification.

He has 32 years of experience in service and construction in HVAC and Plumbing.

Chris Moore has and Associate's Degree from Hinds Community College in Drafting and Design in 1991. He has 35 years of experience in drafting and design of plumbing systems. 

Administrative Assistant 

Sandra has over 30 years of experience supporting mechanical engineering projects. She helps coordinate documentation, communication, and project records throughout design and construction, to help projects stay on track.

Hillary Lemmon holds a BS in Business Management from Athens State University, with over 22 years of experience working in the areas of business management, human resources, and administration.  

Business Manager

 Missie Broyles graduated from Mississippi State University with a degree in Business and joined ERG in 1994. As the Business Manager, she oversees the company's financial and marketing operations.
